Meet Alicia Archambault.
I came to real estate from an unusual path — and every step of it shows up in how we work.
I started in the appraisal world, running my family's appraisal office across the Kansas City and St. Louis markets. (They're still local appraisers today.) That's where I learned value from the inside — what a property is really worth, and why.
Then I became a nurse. Years as a float nurse, across a dozen hospital units, taught me how to stay calm and steady beside families in the middle of a crisis — something that matters in this work far more than most people expect.
From there I moved into real estate acquisitions and wholesaling, and found the work I care about most: the genuinely complex situations — the ones tangled up in lenders, servicers, and lien holders, where the system itself is the hard part. I sought out a mentorship built around that hardest corner of real estate, and founded ERC Collective — a team made for exactly those moments: short sales, liens, and distressed-property solutions of every kind.
For years, that's meant standing beside families through their hardest real estate situations and guiding them to the best possible outcome — whatever that looks like for them.
Here's what surprised me: traditional real estate has become complicated too. So we bring that same passion, rigor, and hard-won expertise to every client — whether you're buying your first home, selling, or facing something far harder. Same standard. Now on your side.
